The Account Team you work with Mondays–Fridays is the team available and ready to respond on activation day – be that evening hours, weekend activations, or holiday events. Dedicated means just that, we’ll respond within 15 minutes 24/7/365. Also our clients select and often switch up communication methods needed to best address the situation. Therefore, we are accessible and respond via phone, SMS, email, or through our dashboards and mobile apps. So, you don’t need to send an email when what you need is a voice on the other line ready to react.
Our 24/7 phone support and ticketing delivers industry-leading response times. We are in an industry that activates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Clients and staff deserve a support system that's always active as well. We consider the biggest benefit of Siren's support system is that you'll likely rarely have to use it.

Building real relationships with our clients starts with a handshake and putting faces with names. If we don’t call any of the same great cities home, we’ll come to you with 48 hours' notice – to kick-off a program, attend trainings, or just catch up in person to better build our relationship and share your passion for the work we do together.
